Your Financial Future Starts Here
Individuals & Families
Manage your risk:
What sets Heritage Investors apart from typical financial advisors is that we treat each client relationship individually. We do not use a mutual fund approach or an ‘ideal portfolio’ model to create investment portfolios. Instead, we actively customize portfolios of individual securities to meet the specific needs of clients and their families. Besides considerations like time horizon and risk tolerance, we look at our clients’ professional industries, their family circumstances, their sources of income and financial needs over time.
In order to best serve our clients, our investment managers are always available to our clients — we are here to give professional advice on any questions you may have. As we do not employ salespeople, we do not operate on commission; we remain completely unconflicted in our investment decisions for you.
Grow your investments:
Our investment approach is straightforward: we look to invest in high quality, publicly traded companies that will be attractive long-term investments. We put all stock selections through a rigorous equity research process. Our fixed income investments aim to balance out market risk; we invest in bonds that provide stability and a steady stream of income for our clients. After all, avoiding losses is just as important as producing gains. We encourage you to review our Forms CRS and ADV Part 2 on file with the SEC and linked below for further detail about our firm.
Transfer your wealth:
We work with families, frequently over multiple generations, through the complicated issues surrounding longevity and wealth transfer. We have significant experience in identifying and managing critical personal financial issues after years of collaborating with our clients’ accountants, lawyers, and other trusted advisors.
Institutions and Non-profit Organizations
We work closely with each board to understand the needs of its institution. We find that regularly scheduled meetings or conversations with our clients are the most impactful way to recommend investments that adhere to the investment strategy and policies of the institution. As part of our regular course of work, we consistently monitor our clients’ portfolios, and portfolio metrics are reviewed daily by management. In addition to regular monitoring, we conduct in-depth formal reviews on a quarterly basis. If we believe that a foundation’s investment policy is not supporting its long-term goals due to changes in market conditions or changes in the foundation’s needs, we will propose suggestions and modifications.
